Patrick Engineering Inc. upgraded an ArcIMS^® site used for asset management and provided a simple interface to effectively enable American Transmission Company (ATC) to create ArcIMS^® sites in less than an hour and manage site updates in minutes. Patrick created a way to allow client staff to manage ArcIMS^® sites without any programming knowledge.
