Patrick's GIS practice has been operational for more than ten years. Our clients include a broad mix of both public and private sector organizations including major transportation agencies, water and wastewater utilities, electric and gas utilities, local government agencies, and Fortune 500 companies. Patrick provides a full suite of GIS consulting services with a growing emphasis on server-based enterprise GIS solutions. Patrick has developed numerous ArcGIS^® Server and ArcIMS^® applications for the Illinois Tollway, American Transmission Company, Fermi National Laboratory, and many others.
